Brandon Protas has spent his professional career in public education trying to make a difference for both individuals and communities.  He began working in the K12 system in Arizona and since 2010, he has worked in Colorado in higher education administration.  He connected with Sharletta Evans after being inspired by her story profiled on Colorado Public Radio.  He believes we all have a responsibility to improve our society as long as we remain active and engaged to discover ways we can contribute.
